Provide your CNIC or B-Form Number with dashes
Enter your Mobile Phone Number with +92 code
Fill in your Date of Birth and Email Address
Select your Gender from the drop-down
Choose your District from the list provided
Type your full Residential Address including city name
(Optional) Add your School / College / University Name
Tick the checkbox to Agree to Terms and Conditions
Set your Password and confirm it in Re-Password
Click the Register button to complete registration
Select your target category (e.g., air, water, land, etc.)
